Q: What makes your designs different?
A: Distressed gold, bone-tone whites, gritty artwork, and a chaos-driven aesthetic built specifically for the badass in you. Zero generic prints. Everything is intentional.
Q: Are your drops limited?
A: Yes. Most releases are short-run. Once it sells out, it might never return. This protects exclusivity and brand equity. But hey we’re about breaking the rules so just maybe you might get a 2nd shot.

Q: What blanks do you use?
A: Tees are Gildan Heavy Cotton G5000, hoodies are heavyweight fleece. Durable. Structured. Built for the road.
Q: Will the designs crack or fade?
A: No. Randicious uses high-grade print tech designed for long-term durability. Follow the wash instructions and the graphics stay sharp.
Q: How do your shirts and hoodies fit?
A: True-to-size with a structured profile. Size up for a relaxed fit or layering.
Q: Are the distressed effects going to wear over time?
A: The look is deliberate and locked into the print. It ages consistently without losing the aesthetic.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship in 2–4 business days. Delivery across Canada/U.S. typically lands in 5–10 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. International delivery is available, but timing varies based on region and customs.
Q: Will I have to pay import or customs fees?
A: International orders may incur import duties, customs fees, or taxes when entering your country. These charges are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. You’ll see every movement until it arrives.
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated. What now?
A: Carrier updates sometimes lag. If it hasn’t moved in 72 hours, contact support and we’ll escalate.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it. Sizing exchanges are allowed within 14 days on unworn, unwashed items.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes, handled case-by-case. The goal is simple: no customer gets burned.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If it’s our error, we cover it. For sizing exchanges, the customer covers return shipping.

A: Cold wash. Inside out. Tumble low. No bleach. Never iron the print.

A: Minimal shrinkage — the heavy cotton stabilizes after the first wash.

Q: Will you restock sold-out designs?
A: Some return. Many don’t. Randicious runs short-batch drops to keep exclusivity high.
